a. PeopleSoft Admin Services for both PeopleSoft HCM and Finance include but are not limited to: Infrastructure Support: This encompasses the specifications, setup, configuration, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of the system infrastructure. Infrastructure and Application Troubleshooting: Resolving any issues related to both the underlying infrastructure and the PeopleSoft applications themselves. Security Management: Ensuring that access controls and permissions align with Segregation of Duties (“SoD”) requirements, in compliance with audit and regulatory standards. Assists in developing system access, monitoring, control and evaluation, testing disaster recovery policies and procedures. CPU Patches: Applying critical Central Processing Unit (“CPU”) patches as needed to maintain system security and performance. Application Updates and Regulatory Compliance: Managing selective adoption of application updates, including regulatory updates and patches that ensure compliance with legal and industry standards. Systems Health Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly monitoring system monitoring and analysis, performance tuning, identifying potential issues, and implementing optimizations to ensure efficient and smooth operation. Troubleshooting hardware, software, networks and operating system and system management systems. Meetings: Participates in group, department and Project staff meetings as requested. Confidentiality: Protects the County’s value by keeping information confidential. Documentation: maintains documentation of system configuration and architecture, disaster recovery activities, and other areas assigned. b. Professional Services On-Call: Consulting Services for miscellaneous PeopleSoft-related tasks. When the County wishes Contractor to perform “on-call” or “as needed basis” Work, the County will submit an official County Task Order (found at: https://www.clackamas.us/finance/terms.html) detailing the Scope of Work, Deliverables, Time Frame and the Total Compensation, pursuant to the fee schedule set forth in the resulting Contract. The contractor may not perform Work until the County Task Order form has been executed by the Parties. No task order shall modify or amend the terms and conditions of the Original Contract.
