The City of Salem’s initial order will be between 100-200 pairs of prescription safety glasses. The price per unit should include all labor costs, overhead, profit and estimated shipping charges. The City would pay for specified approved frames/coating/lenses, then the employee would have the option to pay for any extras such as Progressive lenses, Transitions lenses, Photochromic lenses, Polarized lenses, Mirrored lenses, Tinted lenses, premium coatings, blue light filtration, anti-reflective coating, etc. Must have the ability to take prescription/measurement details from the employee's physician (as opposed to employee getting a new eye exam). • Initial order between 100-200 pairs • ANSI Z87+ • Plastic Frame (non-metal) • Impact Resistant • Permanent Side Shields • Anti Fog • Bi/Tri Focal
