his RFP is seeking available newly manufactured flight training aircraft for year 2027 deliveries and beyond that meet the following criteria: 1. Airplane Single Engine Land (ASEL): fixed landing gear, 4 place training aircraft, with and/or without 2 axis Autopilot including trim control. 2. Airplane Multi Engine Land (AMEL): retractable gear, Technically Advanced Aircraft. 3. FAA CFR Part 23 Airworthiness Standards: Normal/Utility 4. All electronic glass flight deck, equipped with Garmin Avionics including electronic standby instrumentation. 5. Meet the minimum mission endurance of 2.0 hours plus FAA regulatory reserve limits. 6. Maximum down time between missions of 30 minutes for re-dispatch. 7. The proposed aircraft must have a matching replica FAA approved Aviation Training Device available by a reputable simulator manufacturer.
