The intent is to provide for as needed and long-term services for the locations listed below. 1. Scope of Project Sarpy County has dedicated employees to provide janitorial and custodial services at most Sarpy County Buildings and Offices. From time to time, staffing, budgetary restrictions, seasonal considerations or office changes necessitate the contracting for provision of janitorial services by Vendors. The County is seeking bid responses from qualified vendors to provide janitorial services on an as needed basis, and up to long-term services for these janitorial services. Services are typically provided after normal business hours. Locations of offices for services may vary in size, scope, frequency of service, and may be geographically dispersed throughout the County. The County and the selected Vendor will negotiate for the services and frequency of those services of the locations in need of Janitorial work. 2. Scope of Services The scope of services sought are for as needed and routine office janitorial services, consisting of: cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, hard surface floor care, surface disinfecting, rest room cleaning, restocking of supplies, interior window cleaning, and trash/recycling removal. A complete list of duties and schedule is attached as Exhibit A. Additional services may be added for irregular cleaning or heavy cleaning, but are not a part of this solicitation.
