A. Thoroughly complete the Custodial Services in accordance with the Contract, in a professional manner, using quality equipment and materials that conform to all current United States Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”) standards and federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and requirements. B. Oversee that the Custodial Services are completed in accordance with the Contract. C. Ensure the Custodial Services conform with Section 17, Tasks Procedures, of this Exhibit A to ensure the Facility is uniformly clean and hygienic. D. Provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary for cleaning and maintenance, unless otherwise specified herein. E. Have a supervisor monitor its employees’ arrival and departure or utilize a remote timekeeping system for monitoring employee real-time arrival and departure from the Facility. F. Provide backup staff in the event the primary cleaner(s) or the supervisor is unable to Perform the Custodial Services. Backup staff shall arrive no later than one (1) hour after the scheduled start time.
