San Mateo County Environmental Health Services is contracting for printing and mail processing of invoices, billing statements, permits and notifications. Please indicate pricing schedules for the following services, however, proposers are not discouraged from proposing additional services or services different in kind than those contained in this Scope of Work with a discussion of how the greater or different services proposed would improve processing and reduce costs. A. One-time fees associated with startup of service, programming fees, consultant fees, labor fees or any other one-time fees. B. First-class postage for mail pre-sorted to five digits with pre-sort bar code embedded in address field of invoice, fold and insert, sealed, metered and mailed. First-class postage for mail pre-sorted to five digits of permit, fold and insert, sealed, metered and mailed. C. Printing fees for converting electronic file to laser print invoice, including invoice barcode, black on white on #24 perforated paper. Prices are to include cost of folding and inserting invoice, and a maximum of two additional inserts provided by the County per envelope.
