The program should provide a focus on substance use/misuse. Information should be provided in ways that do not normalize alcohol and drug misuse but also do not stigmatize those who make high risk choices. There should be a social component that looks at party culture and alcohol/drug norms, and consequences of misuse. 2. The program should allow for prominent FHSU branding. 3. The program should allow for topic-specific customization (ie-definitions, state specific laws, campus policies, campus statistics, and resources). 4. The program should pass a review by FHSU’s technical experts that evaluate connectivity (including possible integrations) to our student platforms, our Enterprise Resource Planning system (currently Workday), and our digital master plan (future oriented plan), as well as meet all accessibility standards. Communication to users of the program should be as seamless as possible, and data and reports should be timely and accessible in multiple formats. 5. The program’s content development should be evidence-based, regularly updated, and college student specific. 6. The program should be Single-Sign-On compatible and have the option for users to create reports and trend data over time. 7. Contractor support should include training for implementors and students. Same day troubleshooting should be standard for issues not able to be handled by FHSU’s implementation team.
