The successful Bidder shall provide all required labor, products, materials and equipment to remove the plants and soil in the 4 existing planters on the south-west (SW) corner of the property and 10 existing planters along Mike Fahey St and replace with new grasses, perennials, and plants and one tree as specified below. This includes removal of existing plants, root balls, and soil to be replaced with new plants, soil, hardwood mulch and rock mulch (SW planters only), along with identifying and repairing irrigation lines within these planters.
