The City of Vista is seeking qualified professionals with extensive experience in land surveying and mapping. The services to be performed by the selected Consultant shall include but not be limited to the following: perform document research; review documents prepared by others; conduct field reviews; perform coordinate conversions; boundary surveys, topographic surveys, set control for aerial photogrammetry, conduct field design and construction surveys/staking; pothole and locate existing utilities; review traverse calculations and closure calculations; review plat and legal descriptions; review parcel maps and final maps for technical correctness; coordinate with County Surveyor’s Office; and prepare hard copy documents for the City of Vista.
