• Removal and Disposal of the existing bleacher wooden and vinyl encapsulated plank seating. o This includes all costs associated with the disposal of the old bleacher seating planks, including but not limited to Labor, Dumpsters, Trucking and Disposal Fees. • Inspection of the existing seating anchors/support brackets. Existing seating support brackets should remain in place and used as much as deemed safe by CONTRACTOR. New holes may need to be drilled into the existing support brackets to accommodate the new aluminum plank if required by CONTRACTOR. o If the existing seating support bracket is unusable, replace as necessary. • Install new 12-inch aluminum seat planks and all associated hardware on the South Grandstand- sections B, C and E • Install seat numbers per diagram A4–South Side Upper & Middle (See Attachment H) • Area of work is to be left neat and free of debris. o The stadium will likely still be in operation while the project is ongoing. Contractor lay down areas and working areas must be properly maintained and safe for venue operation, as much as possible. All Contractor’s equipment must be stored and not left in the seating sections or on the concourse at the conclusion of each working day.
