1. Administrative Services: The Project Administrator shall provide all the necessary administrative services to properly carryout all activities in the ARPA/HOME Investment Partnership Project through closeout, in accordance with State and Federal Regulations, policies and State law and HUD prescribed rules, The Project includes the following activities: Assist the City of Leland and its agents in the general program management including accounting; submission of required reports to HUD and the State; implementation of applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and requirements; establishment and maintenance of filing system; and liaison between the City, County and the State. 2. Home Inspection Services: The City of Leland is accepting proposals for new home inspection services from Mississippi licensed home inspectors who have the new home (NH) designation. The home inspector will be responsible for conducting three periodic construction inspections (foundation, black-in, and final) and submission of a written report of the inspections to the City of Leland ARPA/HOMR Project Administrator. 3. LEGAL: Legal consultation services as required for the implementation of the proposed improvement in accordance with State and HUD prescribed rules, Federal regulation, policies, and State law. Title opinions will also be required and will be priced on a per parcel or unit basis.
