The Contractor shall provide the following services on a one-time basis: A. The Contractor shall replace doors and hardware in the kitchen dry storage room as follows: 1. The Contractor shall purchase, furnish, remove, and replace two (2) 3070 single 60-minute fire rated hollow metal doors, to include certification labels. Door components as installed by the Contractor shall be factory primed. 2. The Contractor shall purchase, furnish, remove, and replace twelve (12) Hager-brand hinges (Type US26D) or equivalent. 3. The Contractor shall purchase, furnish, remove, and replace six (6) Yale-brand locksets (Type AU5404LN, Entrance, LFIC 7 pin, ZD Keyway, 0 bit) or equivalent. 4. The Contractor shall purchase, furnish, remove, and replace three (3) LCN-brand aluminum closers (4040XPHW Cush-n-Stop) or equivalent. 5. The Contractor shall purchase, furnish, remove, and replace four (4) Ives-brand or equivalent stainless steel kickplates measuring 10” x 34” B. The Contractor shall replace doors and hardware in the kitchen Janitor closet as follows: 1. The Contractor shall purchase, furnish, remove, and replace one (1) 3070 hollow metal door. All door components as provided by the Contractor shall be factory primed, with additional A60 coating for corrosion protection. 2. The Contractor shall purchase, furnish, remove, and replace one (1) 3070 door frame. The door frame as provided by the Contractor shall be factory primed with additional A60 coating for corrosion protection. 3. The Contractor shall provide and install a dust barrier containment in the work area where the door frame removal and replacement will take place. The dust free barriers as installed by the Contractor shall be from floors to ceilings. 4. The Contractor shall purchase, furnish, remove, and replace six (6) Hager-brand hinges (Type US26D) or equivalent. 5. The Contractor shall purchase, furnish, remove, and replace three (3) Yale Store Room-brand locksets (Type AU5405LN, LFIC 7 pin, ZD keyway, 0 bit) or equivalent. 6. The Contractor shall purchase, furnish, remove, and replace one (1) LCN-brand aluminum closers (4040XPHW Cush-n-stop) or equivalent. 7. The Contractor shall purchase, furnish, remove, and replace one (1) Ives-brand or equivalent stainless steel kickplate measuring 10” x 34”
