The City desires to obtain the services of a qualified Contractor to provide annual wet season and dry season catch basin cleaning services for all City-owned catch basins. The Consultant shall provide the following services: A. Catch Basin Maintenance and Reporting - Annually 1. One (1) dry season cleaning and inspection efforts from July 1st to September 30th and Three (3) wet season cleaning and inspection efforts from October 1st to April 30th, for all City-owned catch basins. The selected consultant will visually inspect, remove all trash, sediment and debris from all catch basins. 2. The selected Contractor will utilize the City-developed Application (Field Maps) to track cleaning and inspections performed and provide the following for all City-owned catch basins a. Photographic documentation of the condition of the catch basin prior to and upon completion of cleaning utilizing a digital camera with a time stamp b. Maintain a cleaning log with amounts and type of waste removed at each catch basin c. Visual inspection of structures with documentation of repairs needed, including, but not limited to: i. Condition of "NO DUMPING" signage/stencils and or placards ii. Noting any build-up of debris outside the catch basin iii. Evidence of blockage or damage to the catch basin structure
