Touch2 Play Gaming Consoles. The awarded contractor shall supply Touch2 Play gaming consols with the following requirements and accessibility. Gaming Console. The gaming console shall be a minimum of a 21” HD Screen. The gaming console shall have the ability of one player at a time. The gaming console shall not require internet, passwords or login. The gaming console shall be a plug in and play, with no subscription or maintenance fees. Portable. The gaming console shall be portable, easily moveable by one-person, and be connected to a universal mobile cart which must raise, lower, tilt, and swivel to include extension over a bed and/or be positioned to be accessible from a chair. The universal mobile cart shall have casters that roll easily on carpet and other surfaces and the casters shall have the ability to easily lock when needed to prevent the cart from rolling.
