The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals from firms or teams of firms experienced in transportation planning and community engagement to support ARC with early steps in the Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) Update process. This RFP includes policy framework development, including the preparation of a policy framework document, and support for garnering the participation of policy makers, identified stakeholders and the general public in the development of policy that will underpin the next federally mandated Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) Update. The Scope of Services for the work is attached as Exhibit A and provides information regarding the level of effort required, as well as specific tasks to be accomplished.
