Exhibit A: General Project Planning ($7,000.00) The selected bidder will be responsible for planning 5-10 native seed beds in the first financial quarter of 2025 to create seed increase beds. This includes: Selecting appropriate native species for the seed beds Managing foundation lot accession from existing inventory If required, creating subcontractor agreements with approximately 3-5 farmers If required, provide necessary technical assistance to the farmers to establish the production beds These seed increase agreements can be shared with third-party project partners at any time. It is understood that the total cost for this activity will be approximately $7,000.00, which may be invoiced in two payments of $3,500 each—one for services provided in the first half of the year and one for services in the second half of the year. Exhibit B: Seed Purchasing ($40,000.00) (If required) In late summer and fall of 2025, when the seed beds mature, each farmer will provide a seed crop to be purchased for use in the project. The final crop quantities will be outlined in an invoice to the project lead by each farmer. These invoices will be submitted to the funder for reimbursement, with copies of each farmer’s invoice attached for verification. Once payment is received, the project lead will reimburse the farmers. The total cost for seed purchasing will not exceed $40,000.00. Exhibit C: Seed Purchasing Coordination ($3,000.00) From late summer of 2025, the project lead will: Manage and process incoming invoices from all farmers Track yields in internal inventory Store the seeds in a facility that ensures proper conditions for preservation (dry, below 20% humidity, and kept below 40°F) All seeds produced as part of this agreement will be stored and available for future use for up to five years.
