A. General Scope 1. General scope of work requires all associated site work, site work related to electrical scope, abatement and removal of selected building materials and components, including selected existing plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. 2. Offsite disposal of all removed materials 3. Provision and installation of new retaining wall, railing, and bollards. 4. Demolition of existing floor slab assembly where indicated. 5. Provision and installation of new structural, mics, steel lintels, concrete masonry CMU shaft enclosures, gypsum board and metal stud infill and soffits, countertop, firestopping, and sealants. 6. Removal of existing concrete stairs and replacement with new metal grate stairs with railing systems. 7. Removal and replacement of existing ceiling tile and grid. 8. Cutting and patching to match existing, including painting and resilient base. 9. Relocation of existing exposed sprinkler piping and side wall heads to accommodate new duct riser/shafts on the first and second floors.
