a. Gathering information to become familiar with a project and with stakeholders. b. During the full project cycle, meeting with the Town or School, Permanent Building Committee, as well as designers, engineers, consultants, general contractors or subcontractors and other interested stakeholders as necessary. c. Providing advice, consultation, and guidance to the Town or School relative to preparation of the project scope, feasibility, budget and schedule. Overseeing the project with respect to quality of design, efficiency of design, and cost effectiveness. d. Providing advice, consultation, and guidance to the Town or School relative to bid documents or requests for qualifications, as well as reviews of responses and screening for minimum criteria. e. Overseeing pre-qualification of general contractors and subcontractors where appropriate.
