12.3.1 Prep Surface 12.3.1.1 A site visitation is required to become familiar with work condition. 12.3.1.2 Contractor is responsible for securing permits and all certification if required by city of Brawley. 12.3.1.3 Contractor shall provide all equipment, material, and labor as required. 12.3.1.4 Contractor shall provide a work schedule upon award of contract. No work shall commence without a 48-hour notice to IVHA Contracting Officer and the tenants. 12.3.1.5 Contractor shall perform preparation and cleaning procedures in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions for the particular substrate condition. 12.3.1.6 Contractor will coordinate with Dig Alert for marking of any existing lines prior to any demolition. (Contractors is responsible for repairing any and all underground lines if damage during the duration of the contract) 12.3.1.7 Dispose of all debris resulting from work on a daily basis. 12.3.2 Installation 12.3.2.1 Install sch40 fence post for 4’ fencing with top rail. according to map layout and manufactures instruction for installation. 12.3.2.2 Install 10g fencing between property, walk-in gate, and roll gate as out lined in map layout 13.2 & 13.3 on page 11. 12.3.2.3 Install commercial grade 4’ x 4’ entry gate with hardware and U-shape gate latch which is shown on diagram 13.4 on page 11. 12.3.2.4 Install 12’ roll gate with hardware as shown in diagram 13.5 on page11. 12.3.3 Final: 12.3.1 Final Adjustment: Clean & inspect prior to date of inspection for acceptance. Contractor is responsible for correcting any and all defects before and after walkthrough inspection. 12.3.2 Contractor must notify IVHA Contracting Officer when work is completed to schedule walk through inspection to sign off on work completion form. Note: Contractor must make any and all corrections within 48 hours of inspection.
