• Exercise Design & Development: The contractor will lead the design and development of comprehensive all-hazards functional exercises. Exercise should provide a comprehensive understanding of the processes, forms, roles, and responsibilities of a Type-3 AHIMT. • Training Delivery: The team should be onsite to conduct a 2-day functional exercise for the Salt Lake Regional Incident Management Team (SLRIMT). Target delivery dates are April 30- May 1, 2025. o MSELS : Sufficient content to cover two 12-hour operational periods, 0800 hrs. to 2000 hrs. each day. Content should hold to the integrity of a multi-day event and not end prematurely. o Materials: All material produced specifically to the exercise will be for the benefit of the SLRIMT at which they will own at the end of the exercise. o Sim Cell: Assemble a team to staff and coordinate sim-cell activities to support exercise operations. o Equipment and Supplies: Coordinate all necessary equipment and supplies required to execute exercise. • AHIMT Task Book Proficiency: The contractor will guide personnel through the AHIMT Task Books, ensuring their development and qualification in relevant positions within the Incident Management Team. Evaluate performance during the exercise and sign off task books as appropriate.
