Prevention: The Contractor will use Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies to emphasize pest prevention and the safe and effective management of pest problems. Pest control is achieved in an IPM program by emphasizing pest prevention and making informed and accurate decisions as to when control measures are needed and the type of control measures to be used Monthly pest control service: The Contractor will provide all necessary personnel, labor, supervision, tools, applicators, devices, equipment, supplies, travel costs, and insurance for the performance of services under this contract. Due to known inclement weather at times, the CDFW Contract Manager(s) will adjust the treatment schedule as agreed upon with the Contractor’s Project Director. Regular service will include treatment for the following pests (excluding termites), including but not limited to: • Mice • Rats • Ants • Wasps • Roaches • Spiders • Earwigs • Fleas
