1. Coordination with DEEP State Park Staff prior to spring deployment. 2. Initial placement of all DEEP owned regulatory marker assemblies which include the buoy float, hardware, ground tackle, and pyramid anchors the week prior to Memorial Day. 3. Picking up of all twenty-nine (29) regulatory marker assemblies from each of the respective park locations. 4. Deployment of all twenty-nine (29) regulatory marker assemblies at the latitudes/longitudes listed in Attachment A of this document, or as close as possible to meet a sufficient water depth. 5. The contractor shall perform any buoy relocations deemed necessary by State Park staff. This includes providing the new latitudes and longitudes within five (5) business days of notification. 6. Retrieval from the listed locations in Long Island Sound. Each of the twenty-nine (29) regulatory marker assemblies power washing each assembly, and transportation to the park winter storage location the week following Labor Day. 7. Inspect and replace any missing or worn-out pieces of the twenty-nine (29) regulatory marker assemblies. Replaced parts will be invoiced separately from the retrieval. 8. Coordination with State Park Staff prior to inspection of the retrieved regulatory marker assemblies and winter storage is required.
