The offeror shall be required to provide the following deliverables: 1. TASK ONE - Process Improvement Plan: The Offeror must develop and submit a Process Improvement Plan for the Division of Finance Payroll Services section. The analysis must include a detailed description of the current process, analysis of identified problems, proposed improvements, performance reports with key performance metrics and a prioritized action item. Completed and Delivered by: May 30, 2025. 2. TASK TWO - Process Improvement: The Offeror must develop and submit a list of processes that could be improved with a technology solution, and a detailed scope of work and set of requirements for solicitation of that solution. The software solution recommendations and scope/requirements are a priority and is requested to be delivered early in the engagement. Completed and Delivered by: May 30, 2025. 3. TASK THREE: Implementation Plan: The Offeror must develop and submit a plan for how to implement process improvements identified through the analysis.
