The successful firm shall provide consulting services to perform, prepare and produce a Drinking Water Infrastructure Needs Survey and Assessment (DWINSA). It is envisioned that the successful consultant will evaluate current data, documentation, and projects to produce the DWINSA to appropriately and accurately report needs in a manner that will maximize the potential benefit to Georgia and assist in the state’s collaborative Report to Congress with other states and territories. Specific envisioned deliverables (tasks) are described below: Task A - Training - Attend training sessions organized as directed by GEFA. Contractor should send the appropriate number of Contractor representatives for training in order to fully implement the Scope of Work. Task B-System Contact – 1. Make initial contact with each selected public water system survey recipients to ensure receipt of the EPA questionnaire and to establish on-site visits and submittals. Task C - Completing surveys - Systems that participated in the 2020 Needs Survey (on-site visit may not be required): 1. Review project list provided by EPA for each system included in the 2020 Needs Survey, 2. Evaluate each individual project and provide a validation statement.
