All connections will be 10 gigabit capable for nine sites, and 100 gigabit for the District Office. Full bandwidth capability is required. Current established hand-off and committed information rates are listed. The district currently has an established MPLS mesh for all its wide area network connections. All requested circuits will be contracted for a five-year period and will require the ability to scale to a full 10 Gb, and 100 Gb for the District Office, as needed during the term of this contract. The district requires a single Self-Service Portal that provides an intuitive, user-friendly interface that enables easy, near-real-time provisioning, network scaling, and management. The portal must facilitate adding sites, deploying or changing services, and scaling the bandwidth to meet the district’s changing demands.
