The Surety Bonding Assistance Program should commence immediately upon the execution of the Contract and issuance of notice to proceed. Each respondent is requested to propose how they plan to meet, address, and achieve the deliverables for each of the Phases below. Phase I: Initial Set-Up & Development Minimum deliverables: A. Development of a proactive and comprehensive recruitment plan to ensure achievement of a successful program meeting scope and objectives of the program. B. Development of Learning Materials/Application for Training Program. C. Review and approval of the platform to manage and administer the program. D. If applicable, any other tasks identified by the Respondent necessary to successfully launch the program. Phase II: Launch & Implementation Minimum deliverables for Service Capabilities: A. Respondent’s plans to market the Program to make vendor community aware of their existence, including any on-going tasks related to training and consultation provided. B. Intake procedures outlining the process by which an applicant would apply for the Program, and the process by which the Respondent would screen and evaluate potential applications for acceptance into the Program.
