This project is aimed at street rehabilitation, sidewalk replacements, water main replacements, and minor sewer improvements. The project has been designed by the City of Casper. This Request for Proposals is to solicit proposals from an engineering firm to provide construction administration services for the project. Construction administration services for the project include construction observation and inspection by a resident engineer and a technician. These duties include field surveying, preparing and reviewing construction pay estimates, preparing as-built drawings showing actual as-constructed conditions of the project, meetings with the Owner and contractor, and reviewing and approval of contractor submittals.
