a. Provide emergency service patrol citywide seven (7) days a week, three hundred and sixtyfive (365) days a year, from 8-12 hours a day by two staff persons per one (1) van per shift. b. Provide staff that are trained and certified in CPR and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). c. Acknowledge calls within fifteen (15) minutes of contact from Fairbanks Emergency Communication Center, 911 Dispatch, for citywide situations of a non-criminal, nonemergent nature involving individuals under the influence of alcohol and/or other drugs. d. Provide transportation to a housing unit, Gateway to Recovery Detox, Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, Fairbanks Correctional Center, Sobering Center, The Door, or any other appropriate location. e. Provide City with monthly reports detailing characteristics of services provided to include date, time, individual’s name, breath alcohol content (BAC), pick-up location, and drop-off location, inventory of items left in van, incident reports, etc.
