Audit Services: • Audit Services include separate reports as follows: o Annual Comprehensive Financial Statemen (“ACFR”) Audit: The University of North Texas System – includes UNT System Administration and three institutions o Reviews in compliance requirements of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (“SACSCOC”): The University of North Texas The University of North Texas Health Science Center The University of North Texas Dallas o Audit Services for Institutions with grants from the Cancer Prevention & Research Institute of Texas (“CPRIT”): UNTHSC is a recipient of a grant through CPRIT. CPRIT requires grant recipients who spend $500,000 of CPRIT grant funds or a combination of CPRIT and other state funds during the grant recipient’s fiscal year to submit a program specific single audit. o Audit Services for Title IV Program Performance: UNTHSC requires a program performance audit of the Higher Education Act Title IV Program as set forth in the U.S. Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended. o Audited financial statements must be delivered before December 15th • External financial statement audits • Internal audits for compliance • Grant and contract audits (e.g., federal, state, or private grants) • Compliance audits with specific state or federal laws and regulations • IT systems and cybersecurity audits • Engagement work for specific engagement works 3.2.2.
