The Montana University System, hereinafter referred to as “The University System” and/or “MUS”, seeks to develop a roster of approved contractors (“Offerors”) to provide advice, information, technical assistance, or grant writing or grant proposal review support for Federal grant opportunities from the US Department of Education or US Department of Labor. Initially, this roster will be used to select a firm or individual to assist in developing a successful submissions to the US Department of Education’s ETS and EOC competitions in FY 2025. Work on other federal grant opportunities that regularly fall within the Montana University System’s purview and interests is expected to be ongoing beyond the writing or editing of a ETS and EOC grant submissions. Potential grant opportunities include, but are not limited to: • TRIO Programs (ETS, EOC, Upward Bound etc.) • GEAR UP Programs • FIPSE Open Textbooks Pilot • FIPSE Postsecondary Student Success Grant (PSSG) Program • FIPSE Rural Postsecondary & Economic Development (RPED) Prograam
