1. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Ft. Tejon Area Office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Roof Repair Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. Contractor State License Board Requirement: C-39 Roofing Contractor License. B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E). C. Contractor shall provide a Payment Bond equal to 100 percent of the value of the Agreement. Contractor shall complete the State of California, Standard Form 807, in duplicate and submit prior to the execution of contract. 2. The services shall be performed at: Department of California Highway Patrol CHP Ft. Tejon Area office 1033 Lebec Road Lebec, CA 93261 3. The services shall be provided during: Dates and times to be mutually agreed upon between CHP Project Representative and Contractor.
