The funding available in FY25 intends to further build the pipeline of available and able small, local, and diverse-owned businesses which may bid on procurement opportunities with the Massachusetts gaming establishments, further enhancing the participation of local and diverse businesses in the industry. Beyond the initial provision of providing business technical assistance and consulting expertise for small, local, and diverse-owned businesses and maintaining licensee procurement relationships necessary to ensure success of the grant program, the main goals of the grantee will be as follows: Continue to grow the DBE database into Version 2.0: Increase outreach efforts to recruit more vendors to the MBE, VBE and WBE universe.
