JPS is soliciting bids to establish a two (2) year service price agreement with qualified supplier(s) for routine and emergency services. Additional services incorporated within this scope of work include General Contractor services for various facilities. Services procured through any agreement established as a result of this solicitation will be ordered on a as needed basis for the term of the agreement in an amount not to exceed $1,173,000.00 (USD). The awarded bidder(s) will be required to fulfill all aspects of these specifications timely, and in their entirety. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Staffing Vendor shall: Provide contractor maintenance and repair services for the District’s properties. Provide adequate staffing to perform the work in the specifications to include but not limited to, drywall repair, painting, floor repair, demo, ceiling grid repair, ceiling tile replacement and installation of (Carpet, Vinyl, LVT & Ceramic Tile) power washing, wall and floor tile repair/replacement, cabinet hardware/replacement, laminate repairs and replacement on countertops and door and other services as described by JPS. Assign an Account Manager to the District that will supervise the techs that are assigned to these areas. Provide all transportation, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to maintain or repair buildings at the district sites listed in Services Locations as specified herein. Perform all first-class work professionally in accordance with the plans, specifications, and recommendations of the equipment and material manufacturers, governing codes, and instructions by the district. Obtain a clear understanding of the scope of work for each work assignment and all other services requested by JPS.
