The project generally consists of interior renovations of classrooms on four of our campuses (NE, South, Trinity River, and Trenity River East) in our computer rooms, and other specialty spaces, and each room may include some of the following: Addition of new millwork cabinets and countertops. Addition of new wall curtain system. Asbestos Abatement. Installation of new floor boxes in concrete floors. New partitions and ceilings. New wood doors and steel frames. Painting of walls, doors, and door frames. Refinishing of wood doors. Relocation of existing air registers in new ceilings. Relocation of existing sprinkler heads in new ceilings. Relocation of hydronic piping, HVAC ductwork and HVAC boxes. Replacement of flooring, ceiling grids, ceiling panels, and light fixtures. Restroom renovation. Upgrades to the existing audiovisual system. Upgrades to the existing floor boxes in raised floors. Upgrades to the existing information technology systems infrastructure to support the audiovisual system. Upgrades to the existing millwork cabinets and countertops. Upgrades to the lighting control system.
