The State of Maine (“State”) Department of Administrative and Financial Services (“Department”), Office of State Procurement Services (“OSPS”) acts as the purchasing agent on behalf of all Executive Departments and other agencies within State Government. Specification sheets to be completed as follows: o Enter Vendor Information on the top of each specification sheet o If making multiple bids for the same item, use the field below Item# to identify (Option 1, Option 2, etc.) o Option Code field next to each specification to be filled in with appropriate code. ▪ STD - (Standard Equipment) ▪ N/A - (Not Available) ▪ DI - (Dealer Installed) All items dealer installed must be stated. ▪ A “check mark” or “X” will have the same meaning as Standard Equipment. ▪ The Factory Option Number must be listed for all items that are not standard equipment on model bidding. o Make note of all exceptions. o Complete all sections and fill in all blanks on specification sheets o Enter Unit Cost o Provide Standard Color options o Provide Additional Charge Color options and applicable additional cost for each o (Colors will be selected after bid is awarded, unless otherwise noted.) • Other Specification Notes: o The State may accept vehicles without engine oil coolers if manufacturer does not offer this option. o No factory installed equipment to be removed from vehicles. o Must be California certified (if applicable to vehicles being bid) o Wherever full-size spare is requested, tire and rim must match the standard tires provided with the vehicle (if available OEM). Style wheels with OEM spare tire will be accepted. • To place a bid for a dealer stock unit: o Complete/update a specification sheet for the item number you wish to bid a vehicle from dealer stock, to include stock number, color and pricing. o Note on the specification sheet that the vehicle being bid is from dealer stock. o Supply a copy of the manufacturer’s window sticker. o More than one vehicle from dealer stock may be bid for any item number. Please complete a separate specification sheet for each vehicle from dealer stock being bid.
