This RFA provides competitive subgrants to Local Education Agencies (LEAs) schools that are eligible under the Redding Consortium to supplement professional learning for educators and students that will occur by June 30, 2025. The professional learning program must consist of initiatives focused on developing students and/or educators to improve school climate and build a culture of respect and learning. The subgrant may be used to support identified needs such as vendor/facilitator fees, substitute teacher costs for classroom coverage during school day professional learning, educator EPER costs for after-school/weekend professional learning participation, and resources/materials to support the professional learning.
