Concrete • 495 Linear feet of 12” wide x 18” deep concrete footers along the fence, reinforced with rebar 4-#4 and stirrups #3 at 24” on centers, using 3,000 psi concrete. • Each post will have an 18” diameter footer, 24” deep, using 4-#4 rebar and 3,000 psi concrete. Pillars • (20) 2’ x 2’ x 8’ limestone pillars, spaced every 25 feet from the main entrance. • (2) 3’ x 3’ x 10’ limestone pillars at the main entrance. • Each pillar will contain a 3” schedule 40 pipe embedded into the ground with 18” x 12” deep, 3,000 psi concrete footers reinforced with 4-#4 rebars and #3 stirrups @ 24” on center. • The limestone will be placed around the pipe. • (2) 3’ x 3’ x 10’ limestone pillars for the main entrance. • Each 4” schedule 40 pipe will be embedded into the ground with 18” x 12” deep, 3,000 psi concrete footers reinforced with 4-#4 rebars and #3 stirrups @ 24” on center. Fence • Install 495 linear feet of 2” x 6” rectangular tubing, welded to the pipes between the pillars (6” facing vertical). Bottom and top. With wire mesh panel welded to bars, and a middle bar to be considered. • Pipe will be painted, with color selected by the County. • Razor wire to be installed on top of the fence to comply with USDA Fence requirements Exit Gate • (1) 8’ x 32’ sliding gate constructed with a 2” x 6” rectangular tubing frame and cattle fence welded to the frame. • Supply all necessary attachments and wheels. • Pipe will be painted, with color selected by the County. Electrical • Each column must be prepared with 1” electrical conduit on the top and bottom for future lighting installation. • The conduit shall be interconnected between each pillar. Warranty • Provide a detailed warranty clause outlining coverage and duration. Schedule • The contractor must provide a project schedule outlining key milestones and completion dates.
