The County Council of Dorchester County Maryland is seeking bids from qualified towing services to establish a three year contract not to exceed $16,000. Types of vehicles needing service will include, but are not limited to: Passenger Cars and Light Duty Vehicles, Dump Trucks, Ambulances, Midsized SUV/Trucks, and Tractor Mowers. The contracted vendor may also be requested to winch or extract vehicles that become stuck or disabled during emergencies or other situations. Vendor must be able to respond to call (as needed) on a 24 hour, 365 days per year basis. Vendor must supply The County with a 24 hour monitored phone line. Vendor must be able to service all of Dorchester County and have a response time of one hour or less to all locations within Dorchester County.
