Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified individuals and firms to design, develop, and manage two vendor hosted/vendor supported comprehensive and user-friendly aquatic survey database management systems–CPW’s Aquatic Database Management System (ADAMAS) and CPW’s Aquatic Nuisance Species Monitoring and Survey system (ANS). The two systems interoperate and share data, and are critical components to the Agency’s overall mission to provide sustainable resource management while also promoting Colorado’s recreational opportunities. The projects would include system development, provisioning, implementation, maintenance, and future enhancements. System implementation, and provisioning includes planning, design, development, testing, pilot projects, installation, training, support, and the continued operation of all systems’ activities.
