Provide ground fault circuit protection to kitchen countertop receptacles. Replace water heater with 40 gallon powervent similar to existing. Replace toilet with similar style and color. Replace water line stop valve. Replace lead waste line and flange with PVC. Replace dryer vent with a metal vent. Replace furnace with a similar BTU rating and a minimum efficiency rating of 95% for the furnacer. Replace air conditioner with a unit capable of adequately cooling the house. Remove all waste materials and make all connections as necessary. Remove bathroom flooring. Repair subfloor if necessary. Replace with sheet vinyl in a style approved by the property owner. Remove wallboard from bathroom walls from the top of the tile to the floor. Replace wallboard and finish and paint to match existing finish. Install a carbon monoxide alarm in the hallway. Install 10 year smoke alarms in both bedrooms, hallway, and basement.
