A. Perform removals as necessary to accommodate new construction including, but not limited to, sidewalks, flatwork, valley pans, curb and gutter, and asphalt. B. Construct a new stormwater line to include associated utility potholing, mainlines, inlet, and catch basin. C. Construct new concrete curb and gutter, valley pans, sidewalk, driveways, curb ramps, and trench drains. D. Perform asphalt patching to include saw cutting or wheel rolling to a neat line, asphalt removal within patch areas, overexcavation and replacement of base soils where required, and asphalt replacement. E. Mill and overlay streets with asphalt pavement and leveling courses in select areas. Milling includes both straight milling and edge taper milling. F. Reconstruct select streets to include removal of asphalt, reconstruction of base course, reestablishment/bluetopping of centerline grade based on existing curb or pre-construction profiles, and repaving with asphalt pavement. G. Implement stormwater management (including preparation of a stormwater management plan and completion of a stormwater construction permit with CDPHE), traffic control (incl. traffic control plan), site security, site restoration, incidental surveying, and quality control testing as required to complete the work in accordance with the plans and specifications.
