Jacksonville Correctional Center is seeking a responsible vendor to provide a two (2) year contract for the rental of a 30 cubic yard trash compactor with tipper and twelve two cubic yard carts. The objective of the State is to establish a contract for equipment rental only to aid in efficient waste removal to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met at Jacksonville Correctional Center. SUPPLIES AND/OR SERVICES REQUIRED: Vendor shall set up and take down trash compactor upon facility request with no less than three (3) days’ notice prior. Vendor will provide skilled service, labor, materials, supplies, tools equipment and insurance permits to accomplish service. Vendor shall provide the following for the duration of the contract: Compactor Rental 30 cu yard with tipper attachment including setup/take down. Twelve (12) two (2) cu yard carts rental. Must be compatible with compactor and tipper attachments. Vendor shall ensure the compactor rental and tipper attachment, and all cubic yard cart rentals are operational at all times. Vendor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, and tools required for this contract. The State will not be responsible to provide storage for the Vendor’s material, tools, equipment, etc. or be liable for same. Job site shall be kept clean of all unwanted residue, debris, material, boxes, tools, and equipment, etc. at the end of each working day.
