Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Georgia Department of Transportation (“GDOT”) seeks to create an on-call, Open Agency Contract for Right-of-Way Preliminary Cost Estimates; A. Preparation of a Preliminary Cost Estimate using the standard forms provided by GDOT. B. The Preliminary Cost Estimate shall determine the potential cost for each Right-ofWay phase for the project. C. Submit estimates for review within thirty (30) days of the latter of the receipt of the Notice to Proceed/PO. D. Proofread all estimates to be free of grammatical and spelling errors. Estimates with these errors may be returned to the Consultant for correction. E. Revisions and/or corrections requested by GDOT should be submitted to GDOT in a timely manner, but no longer than fourteen (14) days after GDOT sends the request. F. Provide reasoning for all estimates upon request. GDOT may require this reasoning in written and/or verbal communication.
