This project aims to enhance the safety, aesthetic appeal, and overall functionality of the splashpad for community use. The splashpad was originally installed in 2016, is 75’ x 45’, has a rubberized surface, and is approximately 0.5-1.5 inches thick. Scope The selected contractor must provide the following services at a minimum: • Assessing the current condition of the splashpad surface. • Removing the existing surface material. • Preparing the underlying surface as necessary. • Installing new, high-quality, slip-resistant surface material suitable for a splashpad environment. • Ensuring that the new surface meets all safety standards and regulations. • Completing the project within the stipulated timeline. • Providing maintenance guidelines for the new surface.
