Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as “Owner”, on behalf of Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (“Using Agency” or ''DBHDD''), is seeking firms interested in providing Design Professional Services; The selected design team will be expected to work with DBHDD and GSFIC to develop the final renovation scope to be completed for some or all the buildings on the campus. While not limited to, the scope of work will include some or all the following: In 2023 a campus assessment was completed for this campus. This report will be made available to shortlisted firms. The scope of work will consist of comprehensive building upgrades, including but not limited to the following: • Interior and exterior renovations to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of the building • Painting of walls, ceilings, and trim to refresh and modernize the space. • Flooring replacement with durable, high-quality materials suitable for the intended use of the areas
