Service requirements to provide OEM Bobcat training to TxDOT technicians. Training must include: 1. Instruct technician(s) on properly identifying and performing various calibrations on Bobcat machines. 2. Instruct technician(s) to effectively utilize Service Analyzer for systems diagnostics and calibration. 3. Instruct technician(s) on how to analyze Bobcat schematics for use in troubleshooting. 4. Instruct technician(s) on how to correctly perform electrical, hydraulic and diesel engine testing to efficiently identify faults. 5. Instruct technician(s) on using proper documentation of discrepancy and/or repair of control and work system faults on Bobcat equipment. 6. Provide technician(s) one day hands-on problem solving with like machines. 7. Provide technician(s) groups worksheets for each category of training tested and reviewed in class. 8. Provide opportunity in class to discuss Systemic issues within their Fleet. 9. Be able to perform Bobcat specific training in a lab setting for various Bobcat specific maintenance and repair. 10. Provide a safe work environment utilizing all standard PPE. 11. Capability of training up to 12 people per session. 12. Be able to provide training lab complete with machine cut outs, hydraulic test stands and OEM analyzing equipment. 13. Provide training workbooks and testing process. 14. Provide certificate upon completion. 15. Provide safe clean lab setting or training room that meets all ANSI and OSHA requirements for 12 students.
