The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (the “URA”) invites proposals from qualified contractors to provide radon testing and mitigation services for residential properties within the City of Pittsburgh. The selected contractor will conduct testing and, if necessary, mitigation in an average of up to 75 houses per year for a threeyear period. The selection of the contractor is anticipated by February 21, 2025, with the contract set to commence in March 2025. This contract will last 36 months (about 3 years) and operate on an as-needed basis, with an average annual allocation of up to 75 homes designated for professional radon testing.
