Specifications include, but are not limited to: Cleaning and janitorial services shall include, but are not limited to the following: General Cleaning – Shall be performed on the established days per each CSC with the exception of observed legal state holidays. Specific Cleaning – Will be performed according to the frequencies listed below. Public area carpet cleaning, as well as lobby and restroom refinishing/resurfacing shall be performed on Saturday nights, when possible, to allow maximum drying time with minimum traffic. This is not an exhaustive list of all work and is not to be limited in any manner. Therefore, other items which may not be specific in nature, but are generally considered within the scope of custodial work, are included.
