Dawson County purchased 6.96 acres on Harmony Church Road in July, 2021in the intentions of constructing a new facility for the Fire Station #3 equipment and staff. Since then, it has been decided by the County to also construct a secondary County staff fueling station and a new County Parks and Recreation Gymnasium. The scope of work for the project included in this invitation is for the site work only. The Contractor must provide the crew manned by the number necessary to complete all work. The Contractor shall ensure delivery, installation and clean-up of the site is made during the agreed upon days and times with the County Project Manager during the preconstruction meeting after award and will make efforts to reduce to a minimum any inconvenience to residents and visitors in the area.
