3.1 A copy of the Trip Sheet is to be filled out upon completion of the trip by the driver and the District representative “in charge” of each trip. This copy is to be sent to the Transportation Department, Grossmont Union High School District, P.O. Box 1043, La Mesa, CA 91944-1043. A sample of the Trip Sheet form is attached to this bid. There will be no exceptions to this procedure; non-compliance may cause delay in payment of invoice. 3.2 Charter Company agrees to maintain a satisfactory rating with Motor Charter Companies of California Highway Patrol. Failure to maintain this rating shall be justification for immediate exclusion from the contract. Charter Company must furnish proof of this rating with submission of bid documents. District shall check rating at any time during the period of the contract. 3.3 Preceding paragraph does not apply to motor vehicles subject to and meeting all of the requirements of the Public Utilities Commission, operated by Charter Companies operating under the jurisdiction of the Public Utilities Commission as provided for in the Education Code Section 39830.
